Welcome, thanks for stopping by. Being born and raised in Southern California definitely has it’s perks; sunshine 300 days out of the year, mild temperatures, and no lack of things to do. When you’re an outdoors enthusiast however, living in such a place can also leave you with a sense of emptiness; there are no real mountains nearby, concrete is everywhere, and the few places you can go to enjoy mother nature are overcrowded with tourists.
When the outdoors are what you love, you need to live in a place that they are easy to access. In 2008, I moved to Anchorage Alaska where I am free to roam the mountains that surround the small city of 300,000; from biking and hiking to snowshoeing and skiing, the wild is all around me. It is no wonder Alaska is considered the Last Frontier.
With all this natural beauty it is no surprise that my camera never leaves my side. My hope is that my photographs will let you experience this special place that I live in the same rich colors that I have been able to enjoy firsthand. All of my images are available for sale unless otherwise stated. If there is something that you see here that you are interested in and is not for sale, please email me.
Enjoy,
